Upgrade T&Cs – Platinum / Platinum VIP

  1. Platinum and Platinum VIP are optional upgrade tiers that provide enhanced support features and faster marking turn-around where possible.
  2. Upgrade fees are non-refundable after the 7-day no-obligation period, regardless of usage, early completion, or withdrawal.
  3. Upgrade fees are payable through the student's normal payment schedule or as otherwise agreed.
  4. Only a limited number of upgrade places are available. When a student selects an upgrade, a priority spot is allocated to them for the duration of their enrolment. For this reason, upgrade fees remain payable in full even if the student does not use all upgrade features.
  5. Enhanced services are delivered on a best-effort basis. Turn-around times and support levels may vary depending on trainer availability, seasonal workload, public holidays, and operational factors.
  6. Upgrade tiers provide additional access and faster turn-around where possible, but students should not expect immediate responses or unlimited access. Services are provided within reasonable operational capacity.
  7. Physical items included with upgrades (e.g., Premium Welcome Pack) become non-returnable and non-refundable once issued, which occurs after the 7-day no-obligation period.
  8. ITAC may, at its sole discretion, remove a student from an upgrade tier where behaviour towards staff is inappropriate or where usage exceeds fair and reasonable limits. In such cases, a pro-rata refund of the unused upgrade portion will be provided.
  9. A selected service tier cannot be transferred, paused, credited, or applied to another enrolment.
  10. ITAC may update its Terms and Conditions from time to time.
